TalkLog AI is a voice first field reporting tool. Workers submit spoken updates, and our system produces structured reports and delivers them to the people you designate. Features and availability may change as we continue to develop the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite or authorize under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TalkLog only for lawful purposes and only for legitimate field reporting. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Documentation Assistance, Not Legal Advice
TalkLog provides documentation assistance based on current industry standards and reporting conventions. We work to keep that knowledge current. TalkLog does not constitute legal, safety, or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. Responsibility for meeting all legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations remains with you. You are responsible for reviewing all reports for accuracy before relying on them.
Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at sign up. Fees are charged through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the plan you select.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the voice recordings, reports, and information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver that content in order to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalkLog AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
